You just have to listen to her and take her advises (my free advice to you :) She is extremely patient with her clients, and I know that well. So, let me share my great experience with her as a buyer and seller.
First, Lidia bought for me 2 condos from builders negotiating better pre-VIP prices and bonuses like parking included, when it wasn’t for 1-bedroom condos, or a free locker, premium spots for both, etc. and of course all additional related services for a smooth closing.
Lidia sold my penthouse condo in Thornhill in less than 3 weeks, for the price I wanted, even though the property management’s realtor was trying to explain to me how my condo is way overpriced and how that will harm the building’s market history with all the units they couldn’t sell for months, LOL. I believe he must be thankful to Lidia, after she closed the deal so gracefully bringing the building’s rating 15% up.
Then Lidia bought a house for me in Toronto with only 10 thousand over asking price in a hot market with multiple offers, well 3 offers only but still, when everyone else was telling me that I have to put at least 100 even 150 thousand on top of the asking price, if I want to get this house. I guess it involves not only negotiation skills but psychological as well, and to really know your business!
